BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
To book treatments with us we require a deposit of $50 which will be held on your account. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will they be refunded. If 24 hours notice is not received your deposit becomes void. Deposits and packages cannot be transfered/used between clients as our system does not allow us to allocate or share between clients. If you are running late to your appointment, understand that it pushes our schedule out for the rest of the day and makes us run behind which is unfair to clients who show up on time so your appointment may be shortened to what we can fit in with the remaining time left. If you are late by more than 15mins your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way and that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, however please try and give us a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we are able to accommodate clients on a waiting list. There are most days where we are back to back all day with no break so you can understand how frustrating it can be when someone doesn't show up or cancels an appointment last minute. Late cancellations or rescheduling will incur the full treatment cost which will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made. Please understand that we are running a business and cannot take on everyones personal matters. Genuine unforeseen circumstances will be taken into consideration, however please note the following will not be accepted as a form of an excuse for last minute cancellation:
- NO SHOWS
- BEING CALLED INTO WORK
- FORGETTING YOUR APPOINTMENT OR MIXING UP DAYS/TIMES
- RUNNING LATE
We do not offer any REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on products purchased. Once the products leave the salon there is no way for us to see if anything has been done to them or have been used. The skincare companies we work with will not take any products back unless there has been a reaction which has been confirmed by a Doctor/GP and have a medical certificate.
All Gift Vouchers have a 3 year expiry date from day of purchase. When booking in for an appointment to use your voucher, we require 48 hours notice for cancellation/rescheduling or the voucher becomes void. Vouchers will also become void when you dont show up to your appointment. Lost/Stolen vouchers aren't our responsibility and will not be replaced. Vouchers cannot be used in exchange for cash. Expired gift vouchers will not be accepted. Gift Vouchers are only able to be used against FULL PRICED services not on specials and promotions. Abuse towards staff members for not allowing expired gift vouchers to be used will not be tolerated and you will not be welcome back into the clinic.
